FISCAL IMPACT OF IMMIGRATION IS $9,000 PER TAXPAYER
Grace Commission Architect, Ed Rubenstein, Addresses Press Conference in Washington, D.C.

Washington, D.C. -- As tax day looms for Americans, two leading financial analysts released a new 70-page study, "The Fiscal Impact of Immigration: An Analysis of the Costs to 15 Federal Departments and Agencies," at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

Edwin S. Rubenstein and Peter Brimelow presented the results of the new report, which was compiled by Rubenstein, president of ESR Research. Mr. Rubenstein was senior economist for W.R. Grace & Co. where he directed studies on federal government waste and inefficiency for the Grace Commission; and has been an adjunct fellow at the Manhattan Institute, and research director of the Hudson Institute.

Rubenstein, along with Peter Brimelow, former senior editor for Forbes, former associate editor for both Barron's and Fortune, a columnist of MarketWatch.com, and editor of VDARE.com, outlined the findings in the new study at a News Conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. Wayne Lutton, Editor of The Social Contract magazine, also spoke.

Federal agencies examined in the study are the Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, Education, Energy, Interior, Justice, Labor, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, Transportation, Treasury, and State, in addition to Homeland Security, and the Social Security Administration.

This first of its kind assessment of the fiscal impact of mass immigration on 15 Cabinet-level government departments and agencies concludes that these agencies spent $346.4 billion on immigration in 2007, a number comparable to the federal deficit. The report also finds that:

Each immigrant costs taxpayers more than $9,000
Each four-person immigrant household costs taxpayers $36,000
"The federal government has never done a comprehensive analysis of the fiscal impact of immigration," Edwin Rubenstein said. "Our report looks at the total costs of immigration - the cost of providing for the 37 million (legal and illegal) immigrants in the country today. We believe that every government agency, and most government programs, are impacted by immigration."

Immigrants Must Assimilate
Tuesday, May 13, 2008 11:18 AM
By: Paul M. Weyrich

When my father came from Germany as a 19-year-old, the very first thing he did was to enroll in a class taught at a local public school to learn English.

My aunt told me that he became proficient in English in only six weeks. He wanted to be an American, and to do so, he had to learn the language. Of course, he retained his German heritage. However, assimilation was important to him, as it was to most immigrants.

For years America has drifted away from assimilation, which has become an unspeakable word among the cultural elite. Instead, we are told that we must recognize and celebrate the diversity of various groups without demanding any compromise from them.

This has hurt immigrants more than anyone else because many have become isolated in cultural ghettos without a proper command of English, the American political and legal systems or American history and culture.

That said, it also has fractured American society.

For the past several years pro-illegal immigration groups have rallied at the beginning of May to demand citizenship opportunities for the estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in the United States and an end to raids on and deportations of these immigrants. This year was no different.

There were protests in California, Michigan, Florida, Texas, Illinois, and other places. One slight change, however, was the attendance: This year the protests were markedly smaller than before.

In 2006, the first year these immigration rallies were held, the attendance was around 1 million people. This year crowds were down to between 300 and 500 per rally.

Many activists were quoted as saying that the drop in attendance was due to fear of government reprisal and deportation among the illegal immigrants themselves. This is highly implausible. Since 2006 the federal government has made little progress in enforcing our borders and deporting illegal immigrants.

What worries me is that all three of the remaining presidential candidates, Sens. John S. McCain III, R-Ariz., Barack H. Obama, D-Ill., and Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., support a general amnesty for illegal immigrants. And this amnesty is without any prior successful closure of the U.S.-Mexican border that would halt further waves of immigrants.

McCain pays lip-service to border security and assimilation on his campaign web site. He states, “A secure border will contribute to addressing our immigration problem most effectively if we also recognize the importance of a flexible labor market to keep employers in business and our economy on top, and recognize the importance of assimilation of our immigrant population, which includes learning English, American history and civics, and respecting the values of a democratic society.”

Obama’s Web site is similar, listing border security as his main priority, followed by “bring[ing] people out of the shadows” to become citizens. Clinton uses much more flowery language but essentially posits the same message.

It should be noted that illegal immigrants do not live in the shadows. They attend American schools, use our hospital emergency rooms as though they were a general practitioner’s office and work in specific businesses.

If the federal government wanted to enforce our current immigration laws, which are sufficient to solve the problem, it could. But there is no willpower to do so.

I suspect that the reason for the drop in attendance at the rallies is not a new burst of patriotism for America among prior attendees but because the issue is not as pressing.

What we need to do is return the debate to the topic of assimilation, of learning to speak English, of the value of becoming a citizen, and of pride in a country that provides immigrants from around the world with more opportunities for success than any other country on earth.

The latter will be the most difficult. Immigrants need to assimilate to American culture but if we are to demand that they do we must first restore a proper sense of patriotism among American citizens.

How can we demand that foreigners respect our country when our own elites so vehemently criticize and disdain everything connected to American history, culture, ideals, governance, and traditions?

A return to assimilation and a coherent culture will not begin until we put our own house in order. We cannot expect others to respect us when many Americans themselves are ashamed of their country.

Article: I remember the days when it was a privilege for immigrants to come to AMERICA, learn the language, the culture, the laws and pledge allegiance to this great country. When did this change? Are we so apathetic that we will allow our country to be demeaned and spat upon? Yet we continue to offer aid to those same countries that wish us harm. Stand up America and use your voice! We do not have to vote who is handed to us. We MUST stop being meek and allowing crooked politicians to spoon feed us lies and make laws and policies that are detrimental to the survival of this country and a positive means for illegal aliens, terrorists and others to ravage everything this country stands for. We can no longer sit back and discuss these issues, every one of us needs to speak out and use the power of the people. USE YOUR VOICE!!!

Old White People - HISPANIC LEADERS SPEAK OUT! (NOT A JOKE)

'Go back to Boston! Go back to Plymouth Rock, Pilgrims! Get out! We are the future. You are old and tired. Go on. We have beaten you. Leave like beaten rats. You old white people. It is your duty to die.. Through love of having children, we are going to take over. -- Augustine Cebada, Brown Berets

'They're afraid we're going to take over the governmental institutions and other institutions. They're right. We will take them over. We are here to stay.' -- Richard Alatorre, Los Angeles City Council.

'The American Southwest seems to be slowly returning to the jurisdiction of Mexico without firing a single shot.' -- Excelsior, the national newspaper of Mexico

'We have an aging white America They are not making babies. They are dying. The explosion is in our population.. I love it. They are crapping in their pants with fear. I love it.' -- Professor Jose Angel Gutierrez, University of Texas

'Remember 187--proposition to deny taxpayer funds for services to non-citizens--was the last gasp of white America in California.' -- Art Torres, Chairman of the California Democratic Party

'We are politicizing every single one of these new citizens that are becoming citizens of this country.. I gotta tell you that a lot of people are saying, 'I'm going to go out there and vote because I want to pay them back.' -- Gloria Molina, Los Angeles County Supervisor,

' California is going to be a Hispanic state. Anyone who doesn't like it should leave.' -- Mario Obledo, California Coalition of Hispanic Organizations and California State Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare under Governor Jerry Brown, also awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President Bill Clinton

'We are practicing 'La Reconquista' in California.' -- Jose Pescador Osuna, Mexican Consul General

'We need to avoid a white backlash by using codes understood by Latinos ' -- Professor Fernando Guerra, Loyola Marymount University

Are these just the words of a few extremists? Consider that we could fill up many pages with such quotes. Also, consider that these are mainstream Mexican leaders.

THE U.S VS MEXICO : On February 15, 1998, the U.S. and Mexican soccer teams met at the Los Ange les Coliseum. The crowd was overwhelmingly pro-Mexican even though most lived in this country. They booed during the National Anthem and U.S. flags were held upside down. As the match progressed, supporters of the U.S. team were insulted, pelted with projectiles, punched and spat upon. Beer and trash were thrown at the U.S. players before and after the match The coach of the U.S. team, Steve Sampson said, 'This was the most painful experience I have ever had in this profession.'

Did you know that immigrants from Mexico and other non-European countries can come to this country and get preferences in jobs, education, and government contracts?

Corporate America has signed on to the idea that minorities and third world immigrants should get special, privileged status. Some examples are Exxon, Texaco, Merrill Lynch, Boeing, Paine Weber, Starbucks and many more.

DID YOU KNOW?: Did you know that Mexico regularly intercedes on the side of the defense in criminal cases involving Mexican nationals? Did you know that Mexico has NEVER extradited a Mexican national accused of murder in the U.S. in spite of agreements to do so? According to the L.A. Times, Orange County, California is home to 275 gangs with 17,000 members; 98% of which are Mexican and Asian. How's your county doing?

Is education important to you? Here are the words of a teacher who spent over 20 years in the Los Angeles School system. "Imagine teachers in classes containing 30-40 students of widely varying attention spans and motivation, many of whom aren't fluent in English. Educators seek learning materials likely to reach the majority of students and that means fewer words and math problems and more pictures and multicultural references."

WHEN I WAS YOUNG: When I was young, I remember hearing about the immigrants that came through Ellis Island. They wanted to learn English. They wanted to breathe free. They wanted to become Americans. Now too many immigrants come here with demands. They demand to be taught in their own language. They demand special privileges--affirmative action. They demand ethnic studies that glorify their culture.

THE COST OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
By Lynn Stuter
NewsWithViews.com

In her myriad of articles concerning the illegal alien criminal families of Reyes/Quiroz/Hernandez (hereafter known as the Reyes Gang), Lornet Turnbull of the Seattle Times has made various assertions concerning the illegal alien population in the United States. Two of those assertions are that illegal aliens are of greater benefit to the U.S. economy than detriment; and that the illegal alien population is roughly 12 million.

Both of these assertions are, to put it bluntly, outright lies asserted by an individual who supports the criminal illegal alien invasion of the United States. I shall address the second assertion first as it is rather straight-forward: In October 2007 the estimated number of illegal aliens residing in the United States was revised. The figure went from an estimated 12 million to an estimated 38 million. Yet six months after the initial release of these revised figures, Turnbull is still using the old figure; quite obviously to give the criminal illegal alien invasion of the United States a less threatening face, a less ominous presence.

Now to Turnbull’s assertion the illegal aliens benefit the U.S. economy.

As people have become more cognizant of the sheer number of illegal aliens residing in the United States, the question has been whether they are a benefit or a detriment to the U.S. economy. President George Bush, because he supports a completely open border policy (in complete contradiction of his claim that we must secure America against terrorists), claims they are a benefit; that they “do jobs Americans won’t do.”

The truth, however, is something quite different. Americans have watched as illegal aliens have taken jobs away from Americans in the construction industry, food processing industry, manufacturing, etc. These are not “jobs Americans won’t do;” these were high-paying jobs that Americans workers have watched the wages being depressed on because employers are hiring illegal aliens at a lower hourly wage while Americans are left at the curb unable to find work, watching their unemployment benefits run out with no job prospects in sight that will pay the bills. The repercussion is two fold: 1) wages are being depressed while American workers cannot make ends meet because the illegal aliens have taken over the job market; and 2) the price of the product resulting from the depressed wage isn’t being sold for less; it is being sold for the same price with the employer pocketing the profit. That profit, in part, then goes to buy politicians to keep the borders open and the flow of illegal aliens unimpeded.

The illegal alien work force, depressing American wages, is very much a part of pushing the United States into the third-world status of the very rich and very poor with no middle class; the feudal state—the goal of the global economy—must eradicate the middle class in America in order to achieve absolute power and control of the masses. That politicians like George Bush, John McCain, Barack Obama, and Hillary Clinton don’t want to remove the 38 million illegal alien criminals from this country is not because they do jobs Americans won’t do but because middle class America must be destroyed for the global third world economy to reach fruition.

And counter to the claims of Bush and Company, the cost of the 38,000,000 illegal alien criminals far exceeds any economic benefit. With the criminal illegal alien invasion has come crime (rape, murder, sodomy, dope, racketeering, gangs) and related costs; disease heretofore eradicated in America; degradation of entire neighborhoods; economic recession due, in part, to the depressed wage market; and the costs to educate, house, and address the health issues (including the costs of anchor babies) of the criminal illegal alien population at the expense of legal American taxpayers.

Yet these people do nothing to better society. The picture below, taken recently in Oceanside, California, is of an illegal alien zipping up after relieving himself on the sidewalk along a busy street in broad daylight. He was picked up by the Oceanside Police Department.[1] The following is not the exception in the illegal alien presence in the United States. For obvious reasons, the name of this writer is being withheld.

“…An example is how most Mexican illegal aliens urinate and defecate anywhere. In the buildings where they live, they throw the trash outside the trash bin, etc. I heard of one instance when they had live chickens in the apartment. They had the chickens nesting in the kitchen cabinets. They had removed the doors for the chickens to roost there![2]
“…When my husband had open heart surgery, he shared the room with a Mexican in the hospital. The Mexican's family visited 12 hours a day; in a small room there were from four to six people around the man's bed. They ate their tacos and tortillas there; the wife would lie down on the bed next to her husband and they all used the patient's bathroom which they made filthy instead of the guests' bathroom down the hall! I wanted to complain, but my husband begged me not to. He felt very vulnerable in that bed and he simply was afraid.

“…I used to go to the Spanish Horse Show in the Los Angeles Equestrian Center every year. It was a very elegant and beautiful event with mostly English speaking audience. I missed one show… The next year I went and was shocked to see all of Mexico there! Moreover, they were selling hard liquor and one could smell metabolized booze outdoors! When the Mexican flag was paraded there was a roar from the crowd and just a smattering of applause for the U.S. flag. I was scared that some gangs might start shooting. I swore never to go back. That was five years ago.”

All one need do, to realize the culture of these criminal illegal alien invaders, is to look at pictures of the trash strewn along the American side of the border with Mexico, where illegal aliens have crossed. According to Lornet Turnbull, these people are seeking a better life; yet they don’t seek to fit in anywhere they go; they expect Americans to accept their trashy third world way of life; exemplified by all the people living in Ana Reyes small apartment in Burien when she was picked up by ICE.

Edwin Rubenstein of ESR Research has produced a report, The Fiscal Impact of Immigration, in which he took a conservative look at the cost of immigration in fifteen areas:

Department of Homeland Security
Department of Defense
Department of Education
Department of Justice
Department of Health and Human Services
Department of State
The Social Security Administration
Department of Labor
Department of Commerce
Department of Treasury
Energy/Environmental Protection Agency
Department of Transportation
Department of Housing and Urban Development
Department of Interior
Department of Agriculture

For the purposes here, I am going to tally an approximate conservative estimate of the cost to the American taxpayers of the Reyes Gang of illegal alien criminals.

Ana Reyes’ husband walked across the border in 1988/1989; she followed him in 1990; their two sons in 1991. In 1998 her husband walked out and Reyes and her children moved in with Arturo Hernandez, also an illegal alien criminal. Altogether, the Reyes Gang comprises six illegal alien criminals: Ana Reyes, her husband (?) Quiroz, Christian Quiroz, Carlos Quiroz, Arturo Hernandez and Luis Hernandez. How long the Hernandez brothers have been in the United States illegally isn’t known.

According to Rubenstein’s report, the combined cost (in the 15 areas noted above) for one illegal alien for one year, is $9,139 in 2007 dollars. This amount represents the economic impact (cost exceeding benefit) of each illegal alien. The economic impact to American taxpayers of six illegal aliens for one year would be $54,834 (2007 dollars).

Ana Reyes and her husband have been here at least 17 years. Using a conservative annual inflation rate of 2%, the approximate conservative cost of just these two for 17 years would be $278,616. Their two illegal alien sons, Christian and Carlos, were in the United States illegally for 16 years; their conservative cost for those 16 years would be approximately $265,650. Because exactly how long Arturo Hernandez and his brother, Luis, have been in the United States illegally isn’t known, we will approximate that time at ten years for an approximate conservative cost for the two of them of $167,178. Just these costs total $711,444.

Rubenstein’s report also states, on page 18:
In a word, criminal aliens are not casual lawbreakers. Most are recidivists—that is, career criminals. The economic burden they impose on victims, including loss of income and property, uncompensated hospital bills, and emotional pain and suffering, has been estimated at $1.6 million per property and assault crime offender. (Source: Anne Morrison Piehl and John J. DiLulio, “Does Prison Pay?”)
Following is the conservative approximation of the number of crimes committed by the Reyes Gang (source: Washington Court Records):

Ana Reyes: 14 [3]
? Quiroz: 1 [4]
Christian Quiroz: [5]
Carlos Quiroz: [5]
Arturo Hernandez: 25 [5]
Luis Hernandez: 3 [6]

In total, the Reyes Gang has committed at least 53 crimes, most involving criminal traffic, non-payment of debts, and property loss or damage. Recidivist would be an understatement. At $1.6 million per property or assault crime offender, the Reyes Gang has racked up a conservative approximate cost to American taxpayers of $9.6 million just in criminal acts committed.

In the course of the last four years, Lornet Turnbull has written a myriad of articles for the Seattle Times concerning illegal aliens. Unfortunately, in not one of those articles has she made any effort to write the truth about the criminal illegal alien invasion of the United States. Her bent has been to portray these people as just poor, down-trodden, down-on-their-luck, underprivileged souls looking for a better way of life.

I have challenged Lornet Turnbull to write about …

1 - the crimes committed by the Reyes Gang;

2 - the cost to American taxpayers of the Reyes Gang being in the United States illegally;

3 - the effect on Ana Reyes’ two daughters of her living, out of wed-lock and in a state of adultery, with a man and bearing his illegitimate child.

I also challenged her to fill her home to capacity with these illegal alien criminals and support them, and to walk through the barrios of California where cops won’t even go. Not one of my challenges has been accepted. As is usual with people like Lornet Turnbull, putting her money, her home, and her financial security where her mouth is isn’t in the cards; she wants to keep what she considers hers but truly believes you should be gladly give up all that is yours to further her agenda! She talks the talk but she doesn’t walk the walk. In short, she’s a hypocrite!

Turnbull stated, in one of her articles, that Joe Kennard, benefactor to the Reyes Gang, has an “urge to give back.” Maybe he should start by paying the American taxpayers back all the money the Reyes Gang has cost the American taxpayers in the years they have lived in the United States illegally. That sum is, conservatively, $10.3 million. If the Reyes Gang re-enters the United States illegally, Kennard should be charged with aiding and abetting or complicity for moving them within walking distance of the U.S. border after they have made it very clear that they intend to re-enter the United States illegally.

'Trouble at the border? I had no idea!'
Posted By Bobby Eberle

In another case of politicians not having a clue what's really going on in this country, an interesting exchange took place in Washington this week. Three Democrat legislators spoke to reporters about what they claim is "anti-immigrant coverage" by conservative media outlets. Apparently, they think floods of illegal aliens crossing into America and the crime and violence at the border are just overblown incidents developed by conservatives to attack our neighbor to the South.

After they spoke, the Democrats were asked if they realized that the State Department had issued a "travel alert warning Americans about military-like 'combat' along the southern U.S. border in Mexico, where Americans are being kidnapped and murdered." None of the legislators knew about it.

As reported by Cybercast News Service, when asked about the alert, Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) said, "I haven't heard about the report specifically."

Reps. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) and Hilda Solis (D-CA) also spoke to Cybercast News Service and said "they had no knowledge of the travel alert but were aware of the volatility along the U.S. southern border."

Volatility? Americans are being killed and yet all these liberals want to do is pander! The State Department alert states that "violent criminal activity fueled by a war between criminal organizations struggling for control of the lucrative narcotics trade continues along the U.S.-Mexico border." Although the alert states that the attacks are primarily aimed at "members of drug trafficking organizations, Mexican police forces, criminal justice officials, and journalists," the alert goes on to state that "foreign visitors and residents, including Americans, have been among the victims of homicides and kidnappings in the border region."

Armed robberies and carjackings, apparently unconnected to the narcotics-related violence, have increased in Tijuana and Ciudad Juarez. Dozens of U.S. citizens were kidnapped and/or murdered in Tijuana in 2007. Public shootouts have occurred during daylight hours near shopping areas.

Criminals are armed with a wide array of sophisticated weapons. In some cases, assailants have worn full or partial police or military uniforms and have used vehicles that resemble police vehicles.

Side note: In the California area where Rep. Duncan Hunter had a border fence built, crime and drug activity went DOWN!

In the Cybercast News Service interview, Rep. Solis expressed her concern about "the murder of women" but added, "I'm more concerned about people having their civil rights violated here." More concerned about the civil rights of law-breaking illegal aliens than Americans being the targets of violence and murder? Just exactly what country do you represent?

According to Cybercast News Service, "Speakers at the briefing said that CNN and Fox News Channel should be held accountable for television personalities who have 'played major roles in creating this anti-immigrant hysteria.'" Let's send that message to the Americans who are victims of border violence... I'm sure they'll find comfort in it.

The Crime of Being White
By Selwyn Duke
NewsWithViews.com

Just recently I wrote a piece about Keith John Sampson, a college student who was charged with "racial harassment" for reading an Anti-Ku Klux Klan book (i.e., a book AGAINST the KKK). Not surprisingly, the article evoked a great response, including emails from those with their own stories to tell about persecution inspired by what I will call caucaphobia. A couple of these accounts are so compelling - compared to one even Sampson's problems pale - that I've decided to publish them in this piece (both readers allowed me to use their names; their correspondence has been edited for punctuation, grammar and style). These are the stories the mainstream media won't tell, straight from the front lines of the culture war. They give voice to a persecution whose name most dare not utter.

First we have Mr. David Gonzalez of Illinois. He wrote:

Dear Mr. Duke,
I can empathize with Mr. Sampson. I've been through the same sort of ordeal. After retiring from the U.S. Navy, I accepted a position with Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry as its Manager of Safety (I'm a safety engineer). After four years there, a female (black-militant) employee noticed my tie bar (Celtic knot-work with the emblem of my Celtic family - despite my Iberian surname, gained by being adopted, my genetic heritage is Scot/Irish) and asked me what it was. Stupidly, I responded, 'This? Oh, it's just my clan badge [referring to the Scottish clan from which he was descended].'

I'll leave it to you to guess what ensued. I'll tell you this: by the next morning, the rumor that I had been 'outed' as a Klansman had spread, like wildfire, through the ranks of the museum's black employees (~ 60%). Two security officers frog-marched me out of a class I had been teaching (with every black person in the room glaring at me, with utter loathing!) and escorted me to my boss's office - there to be grilled by him. Later in the day, I was called back in and fired from my position.

As I said, I can empathize.

Note that the very people who tout multiculturalism, ethnic sensitivity and tolerance violated the tenets of all three in their names. Not only was no respect shown for Mr. Gonzalez' display of ethnicity, but he was actually punished for it. That's what happens when you have the "wrong" ethnic heritage.

But the hypocrisy doesn't end there. Despite the fact that one of the main links at the museum's website is labeled "education," management made no attempt to educate employees who were obviously too ignorant to know what a Scottish clan is and too bigoted to listen to reason. Instead, because of caucaphobia and/or cowardice, Gonzalez' boss listened to the mob that preferred Barabbas and crucified a good man.

The next testimonial is, believe it or not, even more staggering. It comes to us from Mr. Greg Reese, who wrote:

Dear Mr. Duke:

In the fall of 1994, I (a white American) began studying at American University in Washington, DC. At the time, I lived on campus with my Japanese roommate. I lived with him for a year and a half. In the spring of 1996, he and I started to develop problems living together. One day, while in the restroom speaking with another student, I made the comment that 'we should just nuke the f******,' in reference to the Japanese. Little did I know at the time, my roommate was standing outside and overheard the comment. A few days later he moved out of the room we shared.

After that, I started to receive harassing calls. I would have unknown Japanese students knocking on my door in the middle of the night. Later, I had my property destroyed with a note from a Japanese student that he would drop a bomb on me. This was then reported to and filed with campus security.

A few days later, I had numerous charges of 'threats, harassment, and intimidation' filed against me not by my roommate but the floor's Resident Assistant [RA]. In a meeting with him and the Area Director [AD] (a black immigrant from Africa), I asked how I 'threatened' my roommate - the AD stated 'It was because he felt threatened.' I was also told not to go near my roommate or further charges would be filed.

I then contested the filing of the charges with the Director of Judicial Affairs (a black woman) who then had the RA amend the charges to represent my creating a 'threatening' environment for the residents on the entire floor. This was done to justify the RA filing the charges rather than my ex-roommate, since I could not counter-file charges against the RA, who represented the university [in other words, they wanted to make sure he was powerless to resist this racial persecution]. I was also told by the director that this was being viewed as a 'racial' incident.

At the time I was home on Spring Break. Due to all the stress created by the charges and a scheduled judicial hearing - where I faced potentially being expelled from the university - under medical advice I did not return to the university the rest of the semester. By not returning the situation escalated further.

Because I was enrolled full time, I drove 3.5 hours to Washington to meet with my professors concerning my classes and would return home. Unfortunately, I was not able to meet with all of them. I then requested the assistance of the dean of the business school to attempt to get incompletes for my classes. The incompletes were given with the forms signed on my behalf by the dean; however, that information was never provided to me. I thus failed the courses.
While at home, I would receive harassing phone calls from the Office of Judicial Affairs. On one message I was told I was a 'liar' when I had told the director I was no longer living at the university because I had been 'seen' on campus. When I returned to the university to get my possessions out of my dorm room, I was greeted by six security officers. I was escorted to my room, allowed to get my things and then taken to the campus security office, where I was photographed and told that if I ever step foot in the dorm again, I will be arrested by the DC police for 'criminal trespassing.' Apparently, at the request of the RA, I had been 'barred' from the dorm but yet was never provided this information. I had requested the information from security regarding the request the RA had made but they refused to provide it, stating it could be 'libel.'

In the fall of 1996, my [Japanese] roommate and I spend the semester studying abroad in London. I made various offices at the university aware of the charges and that he and I would be together. I was told I would be allowed to go, but should there be any 'problems,' I would be immediately sent back to the United States and none of what I paid for that semester would be refunded. Then, after speaking with the Director of Residential Life the charges were dropped. She stated that my roommate would be going back to Japan and without their 'key witness' they had no case. Additionally, she basically stated that next time I should keep my mouth shut, saying 'think before you speak.'

During all of my communication with the university, I was told that everything was being done on my roommate's behalf. However, at the end of 1996, the director of the London program, my roommate, and I had the first opportunity to discuss what had occurred. My roommate admitted it was not racial, that he was just angry because we were having problems living together, and that it was the RA that approached him initially. Furthermore, everything that had happened to me on his 'behalf' he was totally unaware of.

In the spring of 1997, I was supposed to graduate from American. However, given the status of my courses from the spring of 1996, that was in doubt. Upon returning to campus, I was informed that although the charges had been dropped, the barring from the dorm had not been. Additionally, the university's 'solution' to my classes was for me to 'sit in' on the courses and retake them and then I could graduate in the fall of 1997. However, this apparently was not 'officially' sanctioned by the Registrar's Office.

Given a year's worth of threats, harassment, and intimidation by the university, I believed it to be nothing but a hostile environment at that point. I then submitted the paperwork to the university to withdraw. However, because of the 'reasons' for my withdrawal, the dean refused to sign the paperwork. To this day, I do not know when or how I was withdrawn since they refused to provide me that information.

A year later, I then received information from the Department of Education [DOE] concerning my financial aid. According to their records, I had borrowed several thousand dollars for the spring 1997 semester. I had informed them that I had withdrawn and therefore did not borrow the money. They had no record of this. Apparently, there was a 'glitch' in the computer system according to the university. The money eventually was refunded to DOE but not within the 30 days required by law. I then filed a complaint with the DOE's Office of Civil Rights given everything that had happened. However, since my complaint was being filed after the180 day limit from the first incident, it was not accepted.

Upon withdrawing from American, I then spent another 2.5 years in school to finish my degree by transferring to a local community college and then to the University of Miami in Florida. By doing so, I also put myself in debt another $30,000 on top of the $30,000 borrowed to attend American.

While I have not been at American for years, the loans have been a consistent issue. I received no benefit from that money since I had to repeat everything all over again. Thus, I have been in a constant dispute with the DOE. Their response has been, 'You signed the note. You attended the classes. You owe us the money.' However, my point to them has been that for American University to qualify for the federal loan program they must comply with Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which mandates equal treatment in all operations of the university, which was not the case. I filed charges with security for being threatened by a Japanese student and nothing was done. I did nothing to my roommate and had the full weight of the university fall upon me.

As a result of my refusal to pay the loans, DOE has since garnished my wages. I was informed by them that I have a right to a hearing to contest the garnishment. I filed the appropriate forms and sent 120 pages of documents regarding the situation. My hearing was denied and the garnishment imposed. According to DOE, I had attended American until August of 2000, and, therefore, because I was still at the school, I needed to repay.

When I spoke with the representative of DOE (a black woman), she stated that I 'alleged' discrimination but did not prove it. I asked her where the August 2000 date came from; she told me it was provided by American University. I told her that they were providing fraudulent information because I was at Miami at the time. She then became very belligerent, stating 'I know how to do my job' and hung up on me.

So, 12 years later, I am still dealing with the repercussions of a simple comment made in a restroom at the university. Because of the various individuals involved and their own racist agenda, I have essentially had my life ruined. The future that I felt I was going to have when I first arrived at the university was taken away from me and their actions have cost me dearly - mentally, emotionally, and financially. Every two weeks when I get paid and have the garnishment taken I am reminded of what happened. Of course, the absolute irony in all of this is that I'm still friends with my roommate.

In conclusion, I would like you to know how much I appreciate what you wrote in describing the situation Keith Sampson unfortunately found himself in. Your statement, 'people of low character, often vile, ignorant, unintelligent individuals' is very accurate, although phrased much nicer than I would say it.

Unbelievable, isn't it? It's a story so outrageous that if the mainstream media actually did their job, Mr. Reese would be on 60 Minutes. Just imagine, a young man pays a pretty penny to attend a university, with dreams of bettering himself. Then, using as a pretext a loose comment no different from millions of others students make every day, the caucaphobic institution that took his money embarks upon a racial conspiracy to destroy him.

And these stories - Sampson's, the two here, the Duke lacrosse witch hunt - are simply those we hear about. For every one of them, how many never see the light of media exposure?

Moreover, if America continues on its present course, the thought-police predators who lurk on college campuses will extend their hunting grounds beyond the academy. In Europe, Canada and elsewhere, hate-speech laws have already empowered such scoundrels in the wider society. Thus, should we visit such laws on ourselves by continuing to elect leftists, you may one day find yourself at the mercy of a statist bureaucrat, a far lesser person who at best will be a mindless cog in the machinery of government, at worst a vindictive social engineer bent on your destruction. He will have more hatred than brains, more hubris than humanity, and more power than you. Then you will have your own story to tell.

The only question is whether there will be anyone left to tell it to.

US Report Says 128 Americans Murdered in Mexico in 3 Years
By Penny Starr, CNSNews.com Senior Staff Writer, May 23, 2008

(CNSNews.com) - A U.S State Department report on "non-natural deaths" of U.S. citizens abroad says that 128 Americans were victims of homicides or "executions" in Mexico between Jan. 1, 2005 and Dec. 31, 2007, and that a majority of these murders took place in Mexican cities located on the southern border of the United States.

All told, during the period in question, 667 Americans were killed in Mexico by "non-natural" causes, including by drowning, auto accidents, and suicides, according to the report.

It is unclear how accurate these numbers are, however, because the State Department says the report "is based solely on cases reported by American citizens to our posts abroad."

Sixty-eight of the 128 murders and executions of Americans cited in the report took place in Mexican cities immediately on the U.S. border. Another 12 took place in other locations within Mexican states that border the United States.

Thirty-one Americans were reportedly murdered in Tijuana; 21 in Nueva Laredo; six in Ciudad Juarez; four in Matamoros; two in a Mexicali, and one each in Reynosa, Tecate, Puerto Palomas and Nogales.

Two Americans were murdered in San Felipe, Baja California Norte; two in Rosarito, Baja California Norte; two in Ensenada, Baja California Norte, and two in Magdalena, Sonora. One American was murdered in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon; one in Bahia Kino, Sonora; one in Agualeguas, Nuevo Leon; and one in San Quintin, Baja California Norte. Each of these towns is in a Mexican state that borders the U.S.

The two deaths described in the State Department report as "executions" both occurred in the Mexican state of Chihuahua, which borders the United States. One of those executions was reported to have taken place on Jan. 21, 2007 in Ciudad Juarez, just across the border from El Paso, Texas.

No specific city was listed for the other execution, which was reported to have occurred on March 27, 2007.

The State Department issued a written statement pointing to its report on "non-natural deaths" in response to a question that Cybercast News Service asked at a department press briefing on Tuesday. (See statement)

Last month, the State Department issued a travel alert for the border region of Mexico, which remains current as of today.

It says: "Recent Mexican army and police force conflicts with heavily-armed narcotics cartels have escalated to levels equivalent to military small-unit combat and have included use of machine guns and fragmentation grenades. Confrontations have taken place in numerous towns and cities in northern Mexico, including Tijuana in the Mexican state of Baja California, and Chihuahua City and Ciudad Juarez in the state of Chihuahua. The situation in northern Mexico remains very fluid; the location and timing of future armed engagements there cannot be predicted."

The alert also indicates that "foreign visitors and residents, including Americans, have been among the victims of homicides and kidnappings in the border region."

It specifically notes the violence in Tijuana and Ciudad Juarez, stating, "Dozens of U.S. citizens were kidnapped and/or murdered in Tijuana in 2007." (See travel alert)

When Cybercast News Service asked at Tuesday's State Department press briefing how many Americans had in fact been murdered or kidnapped in the border region in 2007, the department responded by posting a statement on its Web site and providing a link to its report of non-natural deaths of Americans around the world between 2005 and 2007. (See report on "non-natural deaths")

On the question of abductions, the statement said: "We do not currently publish information on kidnappings."

The report on "non-natural" deaths, however, indicates that between Jan. 1, 2005 and Dec. 31, 2007, a total of 667 American citizens died in Mexico. During the same period, 35 Americans died in Canada. Only two of the Americans killed in Canada were reported to have been homicides.

Deaths in the report are listed by country and where in a particular country they happened. The cause of death is given, but the victims' names, ages, occupations and other personal information is not provided.

Other non-natural causes of death for Americans in Mexico, according to the report, included auto accidents, drowning, suicide, "drug related," air accidents and "other" accidents.

Robin Williams, wearing a shirt that says 'I love New York' in Arabic:

You gotta love Robin Williams......Even if he's nuts! Leave it to Robin Williams to come up with the perfect plan. What we need now is for our UN Ambassador to stand up and repeat this message.

Robin Williams' plan...(Hard to argue with this logic!)

'I see a lot of people yelling for peace but I have not heard of a plan for peace. So, here's one plan.'

1) 'The US will apologize to the world for our 'interference' in their affairs, past & present. You know, Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Tojo, Noriega, Milosevic, Hussein, and the rest of those 'good 'ole' boys', we will never 'interfere' again.

2) We will withdraw our troops from all over the world, starting with Germany , South Korea , the Middle East , and the Philippines . They don't want us there. We would station troops at our borders. No one allowed sneaking through holes in the fence.

3) All illegal aliens have 90 days to get their affairs together and leave. We'll give them a free trip home. After 90 days the remainder will be gathered up and deported immediately, regardless of who or where they are. They're illegal!!! France will welcome them.

4) All future visitors will be thoroughly checked and limited to 90 days unless given a special permit!!!! No one from a terrorist nation will be allowed in. If you don't like it there, change it yourself and don't hide here. Asylum would never be available to anyone. We don't need any more cab drivers or 7-11 cashiers.

5) No foreign 'students' over age 21. The older ones are the bombers. If they don't attend classes, they get a 'D' and it's back home baby.

6) The US will make a strong effort to become self-sufficient energy wise. This will include developing nonpolluting sources of energy but will require a temporary drilling of oil in the Alaskan wilderness. The caribou will have to cope for a while.

7) Offer Saudi Arabia and other oil producing countries $10 a barrel for their oil. If they don't like it, we go someplace else. They can go somewhere else to sell their production. (About a week of the wells filling up the storage sites would be enough.)

8) If there is a famine or other natural catastrophe in the world, we will not 'interfere.' They can pray to Allah or whomever, for seeds, rain, cement or whatever they need.  Besides, most of what we give them is stolen or given to the army. The people who need it most get very little, if anything.

9) Ship the UN Headquarters to an isolated island someplace. We don't need the spies and fair weather friends here. Besides, the building would make a good homeless shelter or lockup for illegal aliens.

10) All Americans must go to charm and beauty school. That way, no one can call us 'Ugly Americans' any longer. The Language we speak is ENGLISH..learn it...or LEAVE...Now, isn't that a winner of a plan?

The Statue of Liberty is no longer saying 'Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses.' She's got a baseball bat and she's yelling, ''you want a piece of me?''

METHODS FOR AVERAGE CITIZENS TO STOP IMMIGRATION INVASION
By Frosty Wooldridge
November 26, 2007

Do you notice presidential candidates rendering lip service to the immigration invasion? Do you see how they shuck, jive and duck the questions? Do you watch them dance around the answers—never giving a definite response?

Sick of their obfuscation? Tired of their dodging it? Angry at this continued invasion of our country?

Presidential candidate Tom Tancredo said, “Western civilization is at stake over massive, unrelenting immigration.”

Added to that, our language, culture, educational systems, law enforcement, medical systems and prisons stand in the cross-hairs of extinction. We either stop it or legal-illegal immigration buries us.

How can you, average Joe and Mary Citizen change history in favor of your children’s future?

In the following information, you may enjoy media strategies created by top flight journalist Kathleene Parker of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Suggested Media Strategy:

Parker said, “I consider nothing more important to the immigration-population movement than forcing the topic into the news media because until the media allow a topic to become a key issue, change does not happen.

“I needn’t tell most of you that many in the media advocate for growth and on the rare occasions when they do utter the “P” word, it is in the context of the birth dearth.

“I can assure those here today that all of the environmental/immigration battles I have been involved in have, in large measure, been won in the media, forcing elected representatives to reverse or adapt courses they were on before public scrutiny. I’ll also add that one reason immigration was a hot-button issue ready to explode into the forefront on 9-11 was because NumbersUSA.com and other groups and individuals had quietly laid much of the groundwork through the invaluable tool of guest commentaries and, more importantly, letters to the editor so that the events did not occur before a totally uninformed public.”

What we face!

“There is a great deal of stark data, domestically and internationally, with which I am sure most of you are familiar, but that this is not being reported on massively illustrates what is either the profound ignorance of the media or the blatant prejudice of the media. As one environmental reporter recently told me he was aware of that data but found discussing it “too polarizing” and would therefore continue to boycott the topic. That, incidentally, reflects a standard of journalism—or lack thereof—that I find professionally indefensible and arrogant and that says he, not his readers, will decide what they need to know. Bluntly spoken, he is acting as censor!”

That’s the bad news; the good news is history repeating.

Parker said, “About 12 years ago, I was working with Roy Beck’s Numbers USA attempting to get immigration into print any way we could, since it was a topic being ignored and, sometimes, actively glossed over or distorted by reporters. At the time, Roy used faxes or the early internet to send action alerts to a network of grassroots letter writers and activists, such as me, to write letters to newspapers.

“I soon shared Roy’s belief that as soon as you tell ten thousand or twenty thousand people something, it ceases being a secret! I knew we were succeeding as I increasingly saw other people speaking out on immigration. Soon, a dynamic was obvious that continues today: an informed public on one hand and many politicians and many in the news media, on the other, only reluctantly accepting the overwhelming tide of public opinion.”

Parker shows you critical points on how you change history:

“That brings us to a critical point of journalism,” she said. “There are three parts of any newspaper—still a key source of information for many people and certainly read by politicians—that are read by the most people: the sports pages, the comics and the letters to the editor. Therefore, please do not underestimate the value of a letter to the editor. IT IS FAR MORE VALUABLE THAN PAID ADVERTISING OR EVEN NEWS REPORTS BECAUSE MORE PEOPLE SEE IT. If a choice must be made, always write a letter published over a guest commentary, as it will be read, due to brevity, by far more people—by a factor of 10.”

Parker gives the following advice:

Absolutely confine letters to the length specified by the editorial page. If no limit is set, never, ever write a letter of over 200 words!

Decide at the front end on two to three key points and confine yourself to those.

The more dramatic, definable and defensible letter points are the better.

To increase your chances of getting printed, always lead the letter with a reference to something just published in the publication you are writing to.

Always write your letter within one to two days after your news-hook story appears. Sooner the better!

Recognize the value of holidays to get things into print. Particularly stark times for many newspapers are the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays when they are low on staff, news is often slow, people aren’t writing letters and editors must pickup huge amount of info from the wire just to fill the space.

If you see a particular local controversy, such as traffic problems, water shortages, sprawl, a development controversy, you can sometimes use that as a reason to approach an editor with a well-written guest commentary.

If 10,000 readers write letters this week, or better yet, 50,000 write, wow, talk about impact! Heck, while you're at it, let's see 100,000 Americans write letters this week to all the addresses above!

Do you write one letter and forget it? No! You write weekly, monthly, constantly. If you haven’t noticed, we have only 13 months before the White House sees a new occupant that will be even worse than George Bush. If that man or woman allows a general amnesty for 20 to 30 million illegal aliens, your children’s lives hang in the balance.

In all social change, it takes ‘change makers’ and ‘opinion leaders’ to lead the way. Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Susan B. Anthony, Eleanor Roosevelt, ML King (whether you like him or not) and other Americans created change. They didn’t do it by complaining—they took action!

They created ‘critical mass’ that manifested in social movements such as women’s right to vote or people of color enjoying equal rights. Today, we’re engaged in a national crisis so huge that it will devastate this country’s future on many fronts.

If you do nothing, your children reap the whirlwind of consequences. In the end, everything you do or don’t do—counts!

ILLEGAL ALIEN MIGRANTS: WHY HERE, WHY THEY STAY
By Frosty Wooldridge
January 31, 2008

In this third and final interview, Michael Folkerth’s book: “THE BIGGEST LIE EVER BELIEVED” exposes America’s greatest crisis—unending growth.

Trying to corner Clinton, Obama, Romney and McCain into addressing America’s immigration invasion proves harder than arm wrestling an octopus! Trying to get our apathetic American public to force definitive answers from this presidential quartet proves tougher than bringing an Egyptian mummy back to life.

Once the full impact of adding endless millions of people hits, the devastation to American society will make Hurricane Katrina look like a Sunday picnic. It’ll make Mount Saint Helens look like a puff of smoke from Humphrey Bogart’s cigarette. It’ll make Briteny Spears’ life resemble a “Father Knows Best” happy ending. What’s the big difference for our entire society? Immigration, both legal and illegal, will create carnage and consequences that affect every state forever.

In other words, before the Titanic hit the iceberg, all seemed well. Once it hit, everything changed for the worst.

Folkerth examines why our corporations demand unending immigration to force-feed growth. “Today we will once more work through the actual root cause of illegal immigration as it relates to the economy,” he said. “To avoid having to descend into the dismal science of conventional economics, we’ll apply my patented ‘Mikeronomics’ and take a shortcut to the truth.

“Consumer spending represents two-thirds of our domestic U.S. economy, and is responsible for some 62 percent of the jobs that have thus far, not gone off to China. The necessity of keeping such consumer spending whipped up to a brisk pace is well up in the red zone of the alert scale for those seeking reelection.

“And, since our economy is based on the impossible basis of ever increasing growth, the necessity of adding a few million new consumers to our buyers club from time to time becomes imperative. Here’s the rub. The current birthrate in the U.S. doesn’t get the consumption job done.

“No problem; we have the I.N.S., often thought to mean Immigration and Naturalization Service, but actually meaning “Instant Necessary Shoppers,” which allows 1.2 million foreign folks to join our club each and every year, legally.

“However, with all things ever expanding some years back we reached that unfortunate, but predicable, point where the birthrate and legal immigration combined didn’t trip the trigger.”

That’s when the brilliant, foghorn-leghorn rooster, alcoholic Senator Teddy Kennedy of Massachusetts dumped the 1965 Immigration Reform Act onto the American public. He raised immigration rates from a stable 175,000 annually to 1.1 to 1.5 million. That single bill drove consumption into high gear. Corporations busted unions and wages declined because millions of immigrants moved into the work place to undercut Americans. Soon, illegal aliens followed to work slave wages off the books. Result? Farmers and corporations raked-in unheard-of profits. Our economic engine roared with production, consumption, sales and pollution.

“We also reached the point where the good citizens of this country were reluctant that immigration continued at high numbers,” Folkerth said. “Therefore we had a conundrum. Congress doesn’t like conundrums. It forced them to either tell the American people that the false economy that they have come to love and enjoy was no longer an option, or let a few thousand illegal immigrants sneak in each night to reinvigorate the activity at the mall.

“Given the above choice and with election coming up, the decision for a person who is desperately seeking reelection becomes quite clear; never face south.

“We have noticed that nearly all politicians have denied the personal knowledge that 12 to 20 million illegals lived and worked our country. I remind you that these are the same politicians who are protecting you from terrorists sneaking into the country.

“If a federal or state politician says he or she didn’t know these folks were here, throw the bums out. If they did know it and didn’t tell us, throw the bums out.

“They all knew we had illegal immigration because it was encouraged. Allowing thousands of illegal people to invade the U.S. on a daily basis and remain here for years without any measure of enforcement against such activity, is encouragement; plain and simple.

“Imagine a consumption based society that is already teetering on the brink of recession due to a lack of consumer spending. Teetering may not be the correct word when our president and Congress are so desperate for Americans to spend money, that both agree to sending checks out to the good taxpayers (and non-taxpayers) to provide the money for that purpose.

“Continue to imagine that in the middle of this mess, 12 to 20 million of those consumers would leave overnight, due to being deported. Politicians imagine this event occurring all the time; it’s called a hideous nightmare.

“Now, given the above information, can you spell a m n e s t y? Your faithful representatives sure can. After all, if there is a fine, it’s not amnesty, it’s then spelled ‘collusion.’

“So what’s the answer? Should we just continue to increase population until the whole thing flies into a million pieces? Should we keep on expanding until our natural resources can no longer support us? Or should we work toward a sustainable economy that is not based on ever expanding population growth?

“Unfortunately, it is possible to add millions of people to these United States. However, have you ever seen pictures that exhibit the living conditions of the average people in China and India? A picture is worth a thousand words. That picture may well represent Middle America, just a few years down the road.”

To be certain, it’s not pretty.

MUTTERINGS ABOUT WHAT’S LEFT OF OUR COUNTRY
By Frosty Wooldridge
December 10, 2007
NewsWithViews.com

Last month, I wrote a column, “What would happen if 20 million illegal aliens vacated America?” Michael Savage read it verbatim to his 12-20 million listeners. Hundreds of emails arrived in my inbox with ideas for improving America once we oust illegal aliens from this country. Additionally, I asked for ideas from readers for actions to save this country from incompetent and corrupt senators and the current administration. A forthcoming column renders a compilation of your ideas to bring America back to its original excellence.

A lady in Idaho wrote about her experiences that proved worth sharing:

“There is hardly a single person we know who doesn't harbor some ill will against illegal immigration be it just via general conversation or out-and-out actively campaigning for enforcement of present-day laws,” Merilee Dunn said. “No one I talk with seems to feel any new regulations are needed in the least. Simply put, why should we allow Congress to waste precious time coming up with new laws that won't be enforced? The majority feels extreme pressure simply needs to be put on all politicians, via elections if need be, to see to it that laws already on the books are enforced to the maximum levels of the law.

“I also have a few rather radical "friends" who feel the southern borders of this country should have far more than a fence put up. Their suggestions include towers every few thousand feet or so armed with 50 caliber machine guns and manned by regiments of the military with orders to "shoot to kill.” Ask questions later! I have days when I'm hard pressed to come up with any argument against their reasoning. It would certainly prove to be an ultimate method of "birth control" in the process.”

When I think of the thousands of Americans killed by drunk Mexican illegal alien drivers, drug distribution to our children, schools destroyed, hospitals bankrupted, prisons bursting with convicted illegal aliens—I cannot help but understand those who would like to respond with violence.

“Until such time as employers of illegal immigrants are held accountable for hiring them, nothing will change,” Dunn said. “I don't care if it is some "rich bitch" who hires Mexican maids and gardeners ... hang her ass and put her behind bars for awhile. Laws should be changed to require a mandatory jail sentence. Not just fines! They can share a cell with Mexican gang members for even more proof of the error of their ways. Perhaps, then, they will realize what is coming across the border with their maids and gardeners.

“I don't restrict my thinking to just the "rich bitches.” If a company like J.R. Simplot in Idaho is found to have even ONE illegal Mexican working for them even in the capacity of harvesting potatoes...well, Mr. J. R. Simplot (Or the C.E.O. of the company) should be the one who serves time behind bars. I'm sure he would get the message down through the ranks it is never to happen again.

No jobs - no problem. The solution is as simple as that.

“I would like to see a full scale auditing of US employers, both small and large, to examine their employee files and confirm documentation of every single employee they have. In all the years I completed and signed off on I-9 forms, never once were those records ever questioned. I can tell you from very personal experience, I've seen them signed off with no more than a lousy photo copy of a Social Security Card or other so-called required identification. As my career put me in the position of being the "signer" on such documents for many years, you can be sure I required original documentation.

“You might say I "inherited" a good number of problems in going to work for new companies where their employee files were anything close to being "up to snuff.” They certainly were after I'd been there a very short time. Funny how a number of my bosses backed down immediately faced with the fact I was more than willing to drop a dime on them.”

The mutterings, angry feelings, frustrations and national tensions created by this Mexican invasion of our homeland grow by the day. As Pat Buchanan said in his latest book, “Day of Reckoning”: “Our American culture is collapsing and the nation is being deconstructed along the lines of race and class. A fiscal crisis looms as the unfunded mandates of Social Security and Medicare remain unaddressed. All these crises are hitting America at once -- a perfect storm of crises.”

Buchanan contends:

Pax Americana, the era of U.S. global dominance, is over. A struggle for global hegemony has begun among the United States, China, a resurgent Russia and radical Islam.
Bush’s invasion of Iraq was a product of hubris and of ideology, a secular religion of “democratism,” to which Bush was converted in the days following 9/11.
Torn asunder by a culture war, America has now begun to break down along class, ethnic and racial lines.
The greatest threat to U.S. sovereignty and independence is the scheme of a global elite to erase America’s borders and merge the USA, Mexico and Canada into a North American Union.
Free trade is shipping jobs, factories and technology to China and plunging America into permanent dependency and unpayable debt. One of every six U.S. manufacturing jobs vanished under Bush.
As U.S. wages are stagnant, corporate CEOs are raking in rising pay and benefits 400 to 500 times that of their workers.
The Third World invasion through Mexico is a graver threat to our survival as one nation than anything happening in Afghanistan or Iraq.
By 2060, America will add 167 million people and 105 million immigrants will be here, triple the 37 million today.
Hispanics will be over 100 million in 2050 and concentrated in a Southwest most Mexicans believe belongs to them.

If you think Dunn’s frustrations mirror yours, your children will be caught up in the maelstrom of Buchanan’s sobering predictions. Our future, if we don’t stop this legal and illegal immigration invasion, will be a living nightmare for all of us. And, as I write these columns, I’m befuddled as to why no one wants to admit, talk about or deal with that added 167 million people being added to our country! It will prove one hellacious “Human Katrina.”

ALIEN NATION: IMMIGRATION AND AMERICA
By Frosty Wooldridge
November 15, 2007
NewsWithViews.com

Over a year ago, Peter Brimelow, author of “Alien Nation” as well as director of Vdare, addressed the Philadelphia Society. Brimelow addressed immigration and its ongoing ramifications for the United States of America.

He said, “To begin at the end, we're talking about "What is an American?" My answer is that Americans just are— they are Americans. We're told this is a nation of immigrants. But I say it's a nation. Immigration is not as central to the American experience as a lot of romantic intellectuals would like you to think.

“We should see serious immigration reform in this country—by which I mean an immigration moratorium.

“Will Rogers once said, “It’s not what people don't know that hurts them, it's what they know that ain't true.”

“When I came in to look at the technical literature on the economics of immigration in the early 1990s, I was amazed to find that the consensus among labor economists— the consensus— was that the great inflow triggered by the 1965 Act, and the simultaneous breakdown of the southern border, is not beneficial in aggregate. It brings no net aggregate economic benefit to native-born Americans.

“In a micro-study, the NRC found the cost to every native-born family in California of the immigrant presence, as of 1996, was something like a thousand dollars a year. Every native-born family is subsidizing the immigrant presence by a thousand dollars a year. Essentially, Americans are subsidizing their own displacement.”

For the past seven years, I’ve sat with Peter Brimelow at conferences in Washington, DC. He’s an immigrant with a greater perspective than most Americans can muster. He takes nothing for granted. He creates discussion. This speech gives you a smarter understanding of our immigration dilemma. As I’ve said many times in the past, we’re displacing ourselves out of our own country from a line of immigrants that never ends.

Brimelow continued, “Now, actually, I would say something similar may be true— although we don't know, because it hasn't been properly researched— of last Great Wave of immigration between 1880-1920.

“We were always told, particularly by the descendents of that Great Wave of immigration, that "immigrants built America." But, actually, it may be more like they got on a rolling band wagon. The thing was already underway before they arrived.

“Even though immigration doesn't raise the per capita income of the native-born, it does cause immense redistribution between the native-born communities— amounting at that point to about two percent of GDP shifted from labor to capital:

1. It is extremely beneficial to have immigration—for people who go to country clubs and vote Republican. It is extremely unbeneficial if you are a blue collar worker. It is particularly unbeneficial for African Americans. I am about to publish on VDARE.COM an article that shows black unemployment has actually risen— risen— since this recovery started 13 quarters ago.

Booker T. Washington was highly aware of this. His famous Atlanta exposition speech was half about how blacks had to "cast down your bucket where you are", and acquire technical skills. But the other half was a passionate appeal— it's actually one of the great speeches in the language— to whites, and particularly to Southerners, to stop mass immigration, what he described as people of "strange habits" and "foreign tongues," because it was displacing blacks.

2. Now the second thing that people think they know about immigration, which isn't true— I guess Professor Hanson illustrated it last night. He referred at one point to America being a "multiracial nation."

Before 1965 America stood at 90 percent white; it shouldn't have been that way— but it was. The U.S. remained a substantially homogenous nation well into living memory.

As you know, John Jay wrote this famous passage in Federalist Number Two:

He said, in effect, we can make federalism work in this country because we are "one united people -- a people descended from the same ancestors, speaking the same language, professing the same religion," —and he didn't mean Christianity, he meant Protestantism— "attached to the same principles of government very similar in their manners and customs."

This isn't a theoretical point. It goes to the roots of American order. If you think America is an organic nation that has evolved like every other nation, then you have to be careful how you introduce people into it, about immigration policy. Whereas if you think it's a Proposition Nation, sort of like a credit agreement— just sign on the bottom line— you can be much more relaxed about it.

3. This brings me to the third thing that people think they know about immigration which ain't true: that the U.S. is "a nation of immigrants."

Of course all nations are nations of immigrants.

What happened in the US did happen faster than elsewhere— America was put together faster. They did in 200 years what it took England over a thousand years to do.

But that raises the prospect that it can be undone just as fast as it was done— that the American union may not hold together if discordant elements are introduced.

There are two specific qualifications to this "nation of immigrants" idea that I recommend to you:

A. One qualification is that people think that immigration has existed throughout American history. But if you actually look at the data in Alien Nation— I went to the trouble to chart it— immigration is in fact highly discontinuous. There are floods of immigration followed by long periods with no immigration; there are pauses. These pauses were essential to assimilation.

B. It's also true the intellectual elite tends to think America was built by immigrants because they live in New York or Los Angeles or somewhere like that— which are heavily immigrant cities, entirely immigrant cities.

But the last estimate that I saw, when I was researching Alien Nation, was that if there had been no immigration at all after 1790— none at all— the population of the US would still be about half of what it is now, through natural increase.

Brimelow said, “What is a nation? It seems to me the only rational definition is that it has to be an ethno-cultural unit. It is not entirely ethnic— anybody, individuals of any race, can usually assimilate. But it's not entirely cultural either, as we are currently led to believe. There is a substantial ethnic component to a nation. And that has consequences which we are not really clear about, but which we know exist.

“What we face now, with the post-1965 wave of immigration, is an unprecedented act of social engineering being performed by the government. The government is second-guessing the people on population size, because Americans of all races have spontaneously got their family size down to replacement levels. The American population has stabilized, absent immigration— but in fact it's projected to go up to 400, maybe 500 million, by 2050, because of immigration. And also, of course, we are rapidly shifting the racial balance. In 1960 the U.S. was 90 percent white; by 2050, whites will be about to go into the minority.

“It seems to me that it's up to those who favor this to explain why they want to transform America. What do they have against the America that existed in 1965?

“And why don't they explain it to the American people, so we can have a democratic debate about it? Why does America have to be transformed?

“The classic conservative point of view, it seems to me— though you don't see it on the Wall Street Journal Editorial Page— is that if it's not necessary to change, it is necessary not to change. I don't think it's necessary to change the U.S., certainly by as much as is being changed right now.

Alexander Solzhenitsyn said in his Nobel Prize speech that:
"The disappearance of nations would impoverish us no less then if all men had become alike with one personality, one face. Nations are the wealth of mankind, its collective personalities. The very least of them wears its own special colors, and bears within itself a special facet of God's design."
“It seems to me that the U.S., as it had evolved by 1965, did reflect a special facet of God's design.”

Brimelow finished his speech with, “And I want to know why the government wants to monkey around with it.”

In 1908 President Teddy Roosevelt said, “The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities.”

IN THE UNITED STATES: TOO MANY PEOPLE
A BOOK REVIEW
By Frosty Wooldridge
November 19, 2007

This past week, an email arrived that marks a poignant aspect of America’s greatest dilemma in the early years of the 21st century.

In this country, most of our citizens and all of our leaders stick their heads into the sand, bury their brains in mud and talk about everything but the overpopulation dilemma that defines America in the 21st century. Additionally, by avoiding it at all costs, it gains greater speed like a Rocky Mountain avalanche, like an asteroid headed for the center of our planet and like the Titanic speeding toward that fateful iceberg in the North Atlantic.

In spite of one of the most educated citizenry on the planet, our nation drives itself, at increasing rates of speed, over a cliff. Religious groups refuse to talk about it as if Galileo returned to expose their folly of thinking that the universe revolved around Earth. They placed him under house arrest for the rest of his life and he promised not to advocate the sun as the center of this solar system under threat of death.

Political groups avoid it like the plague. Yet it’s coming as surely as the dawn!

A lady named Jacqueline in Arizona wrote, “Consider my state, dry and water poor, which grew 40 percent between 1990-2000 with a 2000 population of 4,057,208. The 2006 estimate shows us at a 6,166,318 population and no restraint in sight. It is not only the presidential candidates who refuse to discuss population, but environmentalists, political parties, and think-tanks much less the Catholic Church or other religious tribes to mention this so obvious problem.

“I recently held a meeting to talk about immigration and its relationship to how rapidly the U.S. is growing, and showed Roy Beck's VCR "Immigration by the Numbers.” The County Democratic Party Chairperson walked out calling it ‘a scare tactic.’”

Hundreds of well-meaning readers write me telling me that I’m wrong about overpopulation. They tell me it’s a food distribution problem where millions wouldn’t starve daily if they enjoyed better food distribution.

What do they all share in common? Their intellectual grids remain imbedded within the security of the United States of America in the year 2007. Yes! It’s safe here, right now, in this moment. Their emotions remain stuck in paradigms of growth, expansion and unending development. They can’t think past their noses.

The United States expects an added 100 million people by 2040. No even blinks at the ramifications facing our children. It’s almost as if we’re contestants on “The Price is Right” and we keep spinning the wheel to hit on the same category: “DUMB”. While attackers of population stabilization enjoy enough gasoline, natural gas and food today—they don’t comprehend their children’s reality.

Of course, the residents of the Southeast and in Georgia, specifically, suffer a drought that will prove a national disaster for millions. Never mind that Georgia will grow five to seven million more people in 35 to 40 years! Never think about Arizona’s projected growth to 15.3 million! Forget about California adding its projected 42 million people in America’s version of Bangladesh and China!

The imminent population expert, Lindsey Grant wrote, “TOO MANY PEOPLE: The Case for Reversing Growth” with a sobering look into what our civilization faces in the near future. He doesn’t use ‘scare’ tactics. He doesn’t exaggerate.

Grant, like Galileo, Newton, Einstein, Copernicus and other great minds before him—presents the facts, the obvious and the reality-check needed in this century. We cannot keep our ‘sustainable growth’ façade much longer. Too much reality piles up on our front door steps. Even the Pope at some point must change his stance or lose millions more to overpopulation consequences. No one can keep running, hiding or pretending.

The human raced quadrupled from 1.6 billion to 6.7 billion in the last century. The United States jumped from 75 million to 300 million.

Grant’s book proves profound! You cannot hide from its methodical realities. It’s the easiest way to make yourself an expert as to our dilemma: “Too Many People: Case for Reversing Growth” ISBN # 0-929765-91-5 @7.95 www.amazon.com

“The migration pressure is a product of overcrowding on the land, of unemployment and wage differentials, all of which are driven by population growth,” Grant said. “Those driving forces would subside if somehow the growth should stop and turn around.”

For anyone that thinks Mexico’s massive immigration into the United States will stop, they prove sadly mistaken. Current population predictions show Mexico adding 200 million people in this century. Therefore, America can expect relentless, unending migration from Mexico into the tens of millions. That alone will overload our capacity to sustain any population as to water, food and resources.

“We live in an exquisitely balanced ecosystem,” Grant said. “We are tampering with that balance in the pursuit of more food production, and we do not know what we are doing.”

As to Georgia’s drought, “Can we imagine how much less tense life would be, and how much less deadly droughts would be in arid areas if there were one third the population and therefore three times as much water per capita as now, coupled with modern capabilities to manage it?”

Grant said, “If world population were two billion, one third its present size, 50 million tons of marine fish would mean half again as much, per capita, as the present take from all fisheries. We would not be putting nearly so many pollutants into the sea.”

For anyone seeing the degradation of their air and water, their communities via congestion, Brown Cloud and gridlock—this book allows you to wrap your arms around our dilemma. Grant said, “We are already at war with the biosphere that supports us. More than any other proposed solution, a solution on the demand side—population—offers an effective way to end or ameliorate the problem.”

Grant illustrates our immigration dilemma: “Two thirds of this country’s growth will result from immigration…given the magnitudes involved, an effort to mitigate the population growth of the less developed world by absorbing it is to put us in their predicament, without making a significant contribution to alleviating their plight.”

Grant covers Population and Migration; Economic Growth; Irrigation and Water; Meat and Fish; Climate; Energy; Pollution; Human Survival; New American Mindset in this 102 page book. By reading it, you will find yourself wiser, smarter and more inspired to act.

How do I know Grant speaks from reality? I’ve seen what he writes about. I stepped out of the limited thinking grid of our ‘apparent’ wealth in this country to see the accelerating tabulation human toll around the world. This book proves a necessity for anyone with children. By following his suggestions, the human race might stand a chance at making it through the 21st century intact.

ENORMOUS COST OF ILLEGAL CRIMINAL ALIENS
By Frosty Wooldridge
April 21, 2008

President Bush brags, “They do the jobs that American citizens won’t do.”

He neglects to say, “Oh, and by the way, for slave wages, social security fraud, identity theft, drunk driving, trashing our schools, hospitals and, oh, I shouldn’t leave out—crime!”

Illegal alien migration into the United States costs American taxpayers $346 billion annually as reported by the National Research Council. While employers of illegal aliens rake-in billions of dollars, the US citizens subsidize what might be called organized “Slavery in 21st Century America.”

Edwin Rubenstein exposes the gargantuan costs of illegal aliens in the National Research Council’s new book: “The New Americans: Economic, Demographics and Fiscal Effects of Immigration.” The Social Contract Winter 2007-08.

Rubenstein said, “Illegal criminal aliens play an increasingly large role in the Department of Justice’s workload and budgetary needs. Criminal aliens are an increasing burden on U.S. prisons. In 1980, federal and state facilities housed 9,000 criminal aliens. By 2004 federal, state and local jails held:

46,000 in federal prisons
74,000 in state prisons
147,000 in local jails

“Between 27 and 29 percent of all prisoners in federal prisons are criminal aliens. More than 60 percent arrive from Mexico while the rest hail from 164 different countries.”

Cost to you? In 2008, Bureau of Prisons calls for $5.4 billion. Because of budget shortfall, 100,000 illegal alien convicts still walk the streets. They prove that crime pays!

Rubenstein said, “The Government Accounting Office recently analyzed the rap sheets of more than 55,000 illegal convicted felons held in prisons. It found:

1, The average criminal alien was arrested for 13 prior offenses.
2, 12 percent were for murder, robbery, assault, and sexually related crimes.
3, Only 21 percent were immigration offenses; the rest were felonies.
4, 81 percent of their arrests occurred after 1990.

“In a word, criminal aliens are not casual lawbreakers. Most are recidivists or career criminals.”

“Doing the jobs that Americans won’t do,” Bush said.

“An overhaul of the FBI’s IT capability is essential for border security,” Rubenstein said. “In 2008, the FBI requested $90.5 million to improve its capabilities for providing identification services for federal immigration and law enforcement agencies.”

Although rarely discussed, human trafficking expands into America like an unfettered virus. Trafficking supports modern-day slavery.

“An estimated 800,000 human beings are trafficked across international borders each year, “Rubenstein said. “More than 17,500 victims are trafficked into the United States annually. A huge 80 percent of them are forced into sexual servitude.”

The DOJ spends $4.8 million and carries 34 positions in the Civil Rights Division’s human trafficking initiative. Your tax dollars at work for something that shouldn’t be going on in the first place if Bush and Congress enforced our immigration laws!

Yet another aspect of this criminal world stems from visa overstay absconders. Federal judges expelled 460,000 illegal aliens via deportation, yet allowed them to go free without follow-up. They remain in country enjoying 30 American cities with ‘sanctuary policy’ that protects them from deportation. We have met the enemy and they are our mayors, governors, president and Congress!

Not mentioned in the report, but mentioned by Newsweek last year, 15,000 MS-13 gang members now operate in 33 states. What do they sell? They provide $130 billion in drugs to our kids and citizens annually. How much do we spend to stop the drug trade? According to http://www.leap.cc/ co-founder and retired police officer Howard Wooldridge, American taxpayers spend $6 billion per month on the War on Drugs with little to zero results in the past 37 years. Drugs remain ample, pure and cheaper than in 1971 when the Drug War started under Nixon.

What remains most troubling about this incredible expenditure of our tax dollars? George Bush knows exactly what continues down at the border, but refuses to spend any time or money that would once and for all—stop illegal immigration. George Bush refuses to arrest, prosecute and jail employers of illegal aliens from big companies like Hormel, Tyson, Swift, McDonalds and other fast food companies, roofing contractors and big construction job contractors.

Therefore, our kids, our wives, daughters and we remain at the mercy of criminal aliens roaming our country untouched by un-enforced laws.

As you read this, Bush and Congress provide one of the biggest frauds on the U.S. taxpayer in the 21st century. Does it jolt you? If our leadership watched the financial bottom line of the U.S. like an optimally run business, this criminal invasion would be stopped.

Instead, our three presidential candidates argue back and forth about whose wearing a flag lapel pin while the other tells us we fear immigrants not like us so we turn to guns and religion.

Meanwhile, George Bush says, “They do the jobs that Americans won’t do.”

$346 BILLION ILLEGAL ALIEN COSTS: HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICESBy Frosty Wooldridge
May 8, 2008
NewsWithViews.com

Every month, month in and month out, year in and year out, your U.S. senators and House representatives along with President Bush allow 182,000 legal and illegal immigrants to move into America—give or take a few hundred thousand. By years end, they total 2.18 million virtually uneducated, unskilled and lack English language abilities while arriving with a plethora of diseases and other health care needs.

Who pays? You do! How much? Each year, you shell out $346 billion in taxes to pay for those immigrants across 15 federal agencies.

The Department of Health and Human Services spent $672.9 billion in 2007 according to financial analyst Edwin S. Rubenstein.

“Immigrants are poorer, pay less tax, and are more likely to receive public benefits than American citizens,” said Edwin Rubenstein, reporting on the National Research Council’s new book: “The New Americans: Economic, Demographics and Fiscal Effects of Immigration.” The Social Contract Winter 2007-08. www.thesocialcontract.com

When legal immigrants arrive, your tax dollars funnel into their “Individual Development Accounts.” You pay them $1.00 for every dollar they place into a saving account. They receive up to $4,000.00 per household. In other words, they could not sustain themselves when they arrived, so you pay for them to stay. Neat government trick, huh?!

Congress pays out $25 million of your tax dollars annually to this little toilet bowl financial hole. Bush wants to add 900,000 accounts this year.

“In 2006, 38 million U.S. residents were foreign born,” Rubenstein said. “Most immigrants are poorly educated and lack basic skills required for middle class jobs, which include health benefits. Immigrants account for 59 percent of uninsured people.”

Latino immigrants do not get immunized, suffer higher rates of TB, experience higher obesity rates, suffer dental carries and use drugs, tobacco and alcohol. They rarely use contraception, which can be seen in their exploding unwed mother birth rates. Thus immigrants account for a disproportionate share of Medicaid spending.

“Currently Congress considers an expansion of benefits to 400 percent of the poverty line--$83,000.00 for a family of four,” Rubenstein said. “Approximately 6.7 million children and adults are covered. In 2006, federal expenditures totaled $5.5 billion. About $605 million was spent on immigrants.”

Adding to this bombshell cost assessment for legal and illegal immigrants; the “Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act of 1985” requires hospitals to serve illegal aliens who seek emergency care. Your tax collars pay $167 million for illegal aliens.

Drug addiction and alcoholism make up the fastest “disabilities” illegal aliens claim in our ER hospitals:

In 1983: 3,000 cases
In 1994: 101,000 cases
In 2003: 325,000 cases

“EMTALA givers illegals more than medical treatment. A “disability” diagnosis automatically qualifies them for immediate cash transfer payments,” Rubenstein said. “The numbers are staggering.”

127,900 illegals on SSI in 1982
601,400 illegals in 1992
2,000,000 illegals in 2003

While they use our medical services, illegal and legal immigrants send cash transfers back home to their own countries in excess of $80 billion annually. Mexico alone receives $23 billion annually. All the while, they send our working poor into the unemployment lines or welfare.

As reported two weeks ago by Brian Williams at NBC, “Twenty-eight million Americans received food stamps in the month of April.”

Dr. Steve Camarota of www.cis.org said, “The persistently high rate of welfare use by immigrant households is almost entirely explained by their heavy reliance on Medicaid, use of which has actually risen.”

Of special note, 86 hospitals and ER’s bankrupted out of existence in California in the past six years. Why? That state houses 4,000,000 illegal aliens.

When you combine the figures of the phenomenon of 400,000 babies born each year in the USA to illegal mothers, the costs in human services reaches into the billions and billions of dollars. All from American taxpayers! But it doesn’t stop there! Taxpayers must shell out their money to pay for K-12 education along with ESL and breakfasts and lunch programs for our new poor class.

With America importing 182,000 more legal and illegal immigrants every 30 days, it’s a matter of time before more schools fail to educate, more hospitals bankrupt and prisons explode with added prisoners from foreign lands.

Final note: I am looking for thinkers, writers and advocates to add to my monthly “Master Mind Think Tank.” In reality, our politicians foment the problems that they campaign to solve. They never solve them; thus we spiral into deeper national chaos. I need new ideas and new creative thinkers to help me bring our most pressing issues onto the front burner: overpopulation in America caused by ceaseless legal and illegal immigration. As you know, the recent PEW report shows immigration adding 100 million people to our country in 30 years. We need to stop it and we need to stop it now. THIS AIN’T IMMIGRATION AND THESE AIN’T IMMIGRANTS
By Frosty Wooldridge
April 28, 2008
NewsWithViews.com

Thousands of Americans suffer frustration daily as to the invasion of our country by millions of illegal aliens. While 20-30 million criminals aliens roam around our country, our politicians and debate moderators worry whether one or the other candidate wears a lapel pin. ABC’s Charles Gibson asked such vacuous questions that he might as well have been asking a third grader if she needed to go to the bathroom and, “How does that affect your stance on the War in Iraq?”

While millions of Americans sit apathetically while their country swirls the drain, many stand up and speak out. They write, call and take action. Even at that, editors and publishers censor their letters.

David LaBonte said, “Newspapers simply won't publish ‘Letters to the Editor’ which they either deem politically incorrect or which do not agree with the (Globalist/NWO) philosophy they're pushing on the public.

”My wife, Rosemary, wrote a wonderful letter to the editor of the Orange Country Register which, of course, was not printed. So, I decided to "print" it myself by sending it out on the Internet. Pass it along if you feel so inclined.”

Rosemary Labonte wrote:

Dear Editor:

”So many letter writers have based their arguments on how this land is made up of immigrants. Ernie Lujan for one, suggests we should tear down the Statue of Liberty because the people now in question aren't being treated the same as those who passed through Ellis Island and other ports of entry.

”Maybe we should turn to our history books and point out to people like Mr. Lujan why today's American is not willing to accept this new kind of immigrant any longer. Back in 1900 when there was a rush from all areas of Europe to come to the United States, people had to get off a ship and stand in a long line in New York and be documented. Some would even get down on their hands and knees, and kiss the ground. They made a pledge to uphold the laws and support their new country in good and bad times. They made learning English a primary rule in their new American households and some even changed their names to blend in with their new home.

”They had waved good bye to their birth place to give their children a new life and did everything in their power to help their children assimilate into one culture.

”Nothing was handed to them. No free lunches, no welfare, no labor laws to protect them. All they had were the skills and craftsmanship they had brought with them to trade for a future of prosperity. Most of their children came of age when World War II broke out. My father fought along side men whose parents had come straight over from Germany, Italy, France and Japan. None of these 1st generation Americans ever gave any thought about what country their parents had come from.

“They were Americans fighting Hitler, Mussolini and the Emperor of Japan. They were defending the United States of America as one people. When we liberated France, no one in those villages were looking for the French-American or the Irish-American or the German-American. The people of France saw only Americans. And we carried one flag that represented one country. Not one of those immigrant sons would have thought about picking up another country’s flag and waving it to represent who they were. It would have been a disgrace to their parents who had sacrificed so much too be here. These immigrants truly knew what it meant to be an American. They stirred the melting pot into one red, white and blue bowl.

“And here we are in 2008, with a new kind of ‘immigrant’ who wants the same rights and privileges. Only they want to achieve it by playing with a deferent set of rules that include free entitlement cards of food, rent, education, medial, etc, and a guarantee of being faithful to their mother country.

“I’m sorry, that’s not what being an American is all about. The immigrants who landed on Ellis Island in the early 1900s deserve better than that for all the toil, hard work and sacrifice in raising future generations to create a land that has become a beacon for those ‘legally’ searching for a better life. They would be appalled that they were being used as an example of those waving foreign flags.

“And for that suggestion about taking down the Statue of Liberty, it happens to mean a lot to the citizens who are voting on the immigration bill. It wouldn’t start talking about dismantling the United States just yet.”

Sincerely,

Rosemary LaBonte

Mrs. LaBonte spelled out what most of us feel throughout the nation as we see our country immigrated to death. For a startling fact, we import 182,000 legal and illegal immigrants every 30 days into this country. Our president and Congress allow it, and in fact, encourage it. All three presidential candidates support unlimited, unending and unrelenting immigration—all three voted to double legal immigration from 1.2 to 2.2 million annually in 2007.

That’s in the face of 28 million Americans on food stamps; 14 million Americans without jobs; massive housing foreclosures because Americans don’t have the jobs to pay their mortgage; $3.50 a gallon gas; 1.5 million homeless Americans; overloaded schools; bankrupting hospitals and 2.3 million inmates in our prisons; press ‘1’ for Spanish and ’2’ for English—and on and on.

Anybody out there ready for a moratorium on all immigration so we might help our own people in our own country?

Final note: I am looking for thinkers, writers and advocates to add to my monthly “Master Mind Think Tank.” In reality, our politicians foment the problems that they campaign to solve. They never solve them; thus we spiral into deeper national chaos. I need new ideas and new creative thinkers to help me bring our most pressing issues onto the front burner: overpopulation in America caused by ceaseless legal and illegal immigration. As you know, the recent PEW report shows immigration adding 100 million people to our country in 30 years. We need to stop it and we need to stop it now. Join me in saving our civilization.

HOW 5,000 ILLITERATE PEASANTS DESTROYED THE FIRST AMENDMENT
By Frosty Wooldridge
April 24, 2008
NewsWithViews.com

Colorado State legislator Kathleen Curry slipped sideways in her saddle with indignation this week when Representative Douglas Bruce said, "We don't need 5,000 more illiterate peasants in Colorado."

Her wig twisted into a twit; her lipstick blushed; her stateliness soared to the capitol ceiling; and her trigger finger slammed down on the gavel. "You're finished at the podium," Curry snarled. “How dare you!”

At that moment, Clint Eastwood, smoking a thin cheroot, strode with jangling spurs into the Colorado State Capitol. With a glint in his eye and one hand on his six-shooter, he faced Curry, “A woman’s got to know her limitations if she’s gonna’ lead a bunch of cow punchers.”

The Colorado House voted to pass a visa ordinance inviting 5,000 Mexican immigrants to work in the fields. Never mind Colorado already houses 500,000 illegal alien peasants!

By speaking up, "Crusader Rabbit" Bruce struck a nerve, said it like it is, and dumped a load of common-sense reality right into Colorado legislators' laps.
